Ticketing and Visa Officer

Responsibilities: Respond to flight enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins Search and compare fares using Galileo/Amadeus Create reservations and issue tickets Advise customers on baggage, routing, and ticket rules Process reissues, reschedules, and cancellations Ensure accurate passenger details and prevent ticketing errors Meet daily and monthly sales targets Requirements: 1–3 years of ticketing experience in a travel agency Proficiency in Galileo or Amadeus Strong knowledge of airline fare rules Good communication and sales skills Detail-oriented and organized Nice to Have: Previous travel agency experience KPIs: Zero name errors Same-day ticket issuance turnaround Low refund/complaint rate Daily sales target achievement What We Offer: Competitive salary Sales incentives/commissions Career growth in the travel industry
