Accounting Executive

Responsibilities: Document and Report on all financial transactions of the company. Effectively manage the company’s cash flow and recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Analyze/summarize financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other key management reports. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements. Accounts Payable: Assist in processing vendor invoices, matching them with purchase orders and receiving documents. Accounts Receivable: Support in invoicing clients for services rendered. Assist in monitoring accounts receivable balances and following up on overdue payments. General Ledger Entries: Assist in recording daily financial transactions in the general ledger, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
