Responsibilities: Menu Planning & Culinary Preparation Design rotating weekly menus based on the family’s preferences, seasonal availability, and nutritional requirements. Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks accordingly; must be comfortable with both quick weekday meals and elaborate multi-course dinner parties. Accommodate specific dietary needs without compromising on flavour. Kitchen Maintenance & Hygiene Leave the kitchen in pristine condition after every service; all pots, pans, and surfaces cleaned. Oversee the organisation of kitchen equipment and notify of any broken or required appliances. Adhere to strict food safety standards Event & Household Integration Collaborate with other household staff to coordinate meals for family members’ schedules or visiting guests. Requirements: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a private household, luxury yacht, or high-end restaurant kitchen.
