IT Officer

Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks. Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical support to staff (hardware, software, internet, printers, etc.). Troubleshot system and network problems promptly. Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings. Perform regular system backups and ensure data protection. Install and update antivirus and security software. Maintain the IT inventory and asset register. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures. Assist in system upgrades and new technology implementation. Requirements: Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2 - 3 years’ experience in an IT support role.
