Truck Mechanic

Responsibilities: Inspect and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in trucks Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake servicing, and engine tuning Repair or replace faulty parts, including engines, transmissions, and suspension systems Conduct safety checks and preventive maintenance Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults Maintain service records and repair documentation Ensure compliance with safety and company standards Respond to breakdowns and emergency repair needs Requirements: Trade Test Certificate, Technical School Certificate, or equivalent qualification Proven experience as a truck or heavy-duty vehicle mechanic Strong knowledge of diesel engines and heavy truck systems\ Ability to use diagnostic tools and mechanical equipment\ Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Physically fit and able to work in workshop or field conditions
