LLM Trainer / AI Trainer

Responsibilities: Evaluate LLM responses for correctness, safety, helpfulness, and clarity Rank multiple model outputs based on quality and alignment Identify hallucinations, inconsistencies, and reasoning flaws Assess reasoning depth and logical structure Rewrite or refine model responses to improve clarity and accuracy Provide structured feedback to improve model performance Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience. 2 - 4 years of deep experience with LLM behaviour and limitations Experience with prompt engineering principles Ability to evaluate instruction-following accuracy Awareness of AI safety standards and policy guidelines High attention to detail and critical thinking ability
