About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally Provide accurate information about products and services Maintain customer records and update databases Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional attitude at all times Meet customer service targets and performance standards Requirements: Proven experience in customer service or related role (preferred) Minimum of SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools are an advantage) Good listening and time management skills
