About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds Maintain customer records and update account information Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Meet performance targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred) Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems, data entry) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Remuneration: NGN 150,000
