About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Hiring the right people and onboarding them effectively. Compensation and Benefits: Developing pay scales, managing benefits packages, and administering payroll. Performance Management: Evaluating employee performance and facilitating training and development. Compliance and Safety: Ensuring adherence to labour laws and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment. Employee Relations: Mediating conflicts and managing employee separation (resignation/retirement). Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, or Business Administration. Minimum of 1 year of experience Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Remuneration: NGN 150,000
