Responsibilities: Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out Escort guests to rooms and provide basic information when needed Support reception and guest requests promptly Maintain cleanliness of lobby/entrance area Run errands within the hotel when required Report any guest complaints or security concerns Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage Polite, well-mannered, and customer-friendly Physically fit (able to lift luggage) Must be punctual and responsible Good communication skills Remuneration: 70,000 Location: Lekki, Lagos
