Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities: The individual will advise clients on market conditions, property values, and mortgage options. The individual will list properties, generate and manage listings, and promote them through open houses and digital/print marketing. The individual will arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or renters. The individual will mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers, prepare contracts, and facilitate the closing process. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field. Valid state-issued real estate licence. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of local real estate trends, laws, and regulations. Ability to handle paperwork, scheduling, and multiple transactions simultaneously Organisational and time management skills Flexibility. and negotiation skills
