Field & Retail Sales Officer

Responsibilities: Attend to customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. Identify customer needs through active listening and effective questioning, and recommend suitable mobile phones, accessories, and electronic devices based on preferences and budget. Conduct detailed product demonstrations, clearly explaining specifications, features, benefits, pricing, warranties, and promotions in customer-friendly language. Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and related electronic devices to increase transaction value. Maintain strong and up-to-date knowledge of all products, including brand comparisons, technical differences, new arrivals, and industry trends.
