In-House Counsel

Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (vendor, customer, SaaS, licensing, NDAs, etc.). Advise leadership on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. Support corporate governance and board-related matters. Manage employment law issues and HR collaboration. Oversee intellectual property strategy and protection. Coordinate and manage outside counsel as needed. Mitigate risk and develop internal policies and procedures. Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions (if applicable) Requirement: Minimum BSC. In a similar role, 2 years of previous experience.
