About this scholarship
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls regardingloans, repayments, account status, and general inquiries. Provide accurate information about products, payment options, and policies. Support customers with payment-related questions and guide them toward resolution. Work with customers professionally and empathetically, especially in sensitive financial situations. Documentall call interactions and update CRMsystems accurately. Meet performance KPIs such as call quality, response time, and resolution rates. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a call center operator (inbound line required). Strong preference: experience in collections, loan servicing, or financial services support. Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional local languages are a plus). Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer literacy and experience working with CRM or call-center software.
