About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Convert walk-ins, calls, messages, and online inquiries into confirmed bookings. Upsell and cross-sell approved services, packages, memberships, and add-ons. Build meaningful client relationships and personalize services. Manage confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations accurately. Ensure all client interactions reflect luxury brand standards. Maintain accurate client records and submit daily/weekly sales reports. Enforce booking, deposit, and cancellation policies.
