About this scholarship

Responsibilities: Generating leads Engaging with prospective clients Presenting available properties Negotiating deals and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets. Building strong relationships with clients Understanding their property needs Guiding them through the buying or renting process while providing exceptional customer service. Requirements: Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Estate management or related field Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property management Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Good knowledge of the real estate market and property laws (preferred) Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software) Professional appearance and positive attitude
