About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, students, and prospects (WhatsApp, phone, email, social media). Provide accurate information about academy courses, training schedules, and media services. Guide prospective students through registration and payment processes. Manage and update customer/student records and CRM logs. Coordinate with production and academy teams on bookings, classes, and project timelines. Handle complaints, issues, and service feedback professionally. Follow up on leads, pending payments, and client requests. Send reminders, updates, and official communications to students and clients. Maintain customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements : Minimum 1 year of experience Minimum of a BSc Strong communication and interpersonal skills Conflict resolution Customer relationship management Attention to detail Time management Multitasking Record keeping
