Frontal Makers / Wig Technician

Responsibilities : Construct and ventilate lace-front wigs and hairpieces by hand Create natural-looking hairlines and partings Customize wigs to match character requirements (color, density, texture) Apply, secure, and remove wigs safely on performers Maintain and repair wigs between performances or shoots Collaborate with hair stylists, makeup artists, costume designers, and directors Ensure continuity for film and TV productions Requirements : Knowledge of wig construction and lace-front techniques Hand-tying (ventilating) skills Strong attention to detail Understanding of different hair types and textures Basic knowledge of adhesives and skin-safe application methods Patience and steady hand coordination Ability to work under tight production deadlines
