About this scholarship

Responsibilities: Drive business growth through effective and innovative sales strategies Prospect for new clients and develop a strong customer base Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships Provide tailored life insurance and financial protection solutions that meet clients’ needs Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups professionally Achieve and exceed assigned sales and recruitment targets Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Uphold company values, ethics, and regulatory standards at all times Requirements: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) Strong passion for relationship building and people engagement Good communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills Sales experience is an added advantage (but not compulsory) Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-based environment
