Responsibilities: Customer Service & Relationship Management: Attend to walk-in customers and respond to inquiries professionally. Open and manage savings and current accounts. Educate customers on bank products and services. Resolve complaints and escalate when necessary Deposit Mobilisation: Identify and onboard new customers. Market savings and investment products.
