Telesales Associate

Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads Promote and sell company properties (land, apartments, off-plan projects) Schedule site inspections and meetings for clients Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions Meet and exceed assigned sales targets Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships Requirements: Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 2-5 years of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work with targets and under pressure Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market (added advantage) Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
