About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution. Escalate complex issues to the operations manager when necessary. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business, Communication, or related field (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Active listening and empathy. Ability to handle difficult customers calmly. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Note: Close proximity to Ajao Estate along the International Airport is preferred
