About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Prepare reports on customer interactions and service performance. Follow up with customers regarding pending issues. Provide administrative support to the customer care team. Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field (preferred). Good communication skills (written and verbal). Basic computer proficiency (MS Office). Attention to detail and accuracy. Close Proximity to Ajao Estate and Island is preferred
