Digital Trading Officer

Responsibilities : Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various platforms. Assist customers with digital trade enquiries, account issues, or transaction-related requests. Process trade orders, verify transaction details, and ensure accuracy in digital records. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and escalate technical problems when necessary. Maintain proper documentation of all digital trade activities. Prepare periodic reports on digital transactions and operational updates. Promote adherence to the organization’s financial and compliance policies. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Assist in onboarding customers for digital services and platforms. Requirements : Minimum of OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
