Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all food preparation activities and related kitchen operations. Develop and update creative, high-quality menus that meet customer expectations. Inspect and approve dishes before service to ensure quality and presentation standards. Manage procurement of ingredients and kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels. Enforce compliance with food safety, nutrition, and sanitation regulations. Promote teamwork, respect, and effective communication within the kitchen staff Requirements: Proven expertise in kitchen management and operations.
