Responsibilities: HR Administration: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager. Prepare, file, and maintain employee records and HR documentation. Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of HR information. Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Support onboarding processes, including documentation and employee orientation. Employee Records & Data Management: Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
