About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, social media, and in person. Answer incoming customer calls regarding payment issues, product challenges, service enquiries, and general concerns. Communicate the company’s value proposition clearly and professionally to customers and stakeholders. Receive, attend to, and respond to customer complaints promptly. Escalate customer requests and complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Ensure adequate follow-up and timely resolution of all customer requests and queries. Ensure customer requests are met in line with company service standards. Carry out approval and validation of users’ identities using required identification documents. Validate users’ residential addresses using utility bills or other approved documents. Requirements: Minimum of an ND/HND 2 - 4 years of relevant experience Effective Communication Interpersonal Skills
