About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Provide accurate information to clients and visitors. Manage front desk operations, including maintaining cleanliness and organization. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence. Maintain appointment schedules and assist with booking meetings. Keep visitor logs and ensure adherence to security procedures. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping. Coordinate office supplies and ensure availability. Support other departments as needed Requirements: Customer service orientation Problem-solving ability Teamwork and collaboration Reliability and professionalism Ability to work under pressure
