Lab Scientist

Responsibilities: Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests (hematology, microbiology, chemistry, serology, etc.). Collect, label, and process patient specimens (blood, urine, tissue, etc.). Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment. Analyze test results and report findings accurately. Ensure quality control and adherence to laboratory procedures. Maintain laboratory records and documentation. Observe safety protocols and infection control standards. Assist in troubleshooting equipment and technical issues. Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals on test interpretations. Participate in research and continuous professional development. Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science. Valid practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council. 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
