Learning Design & Program Associate

Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Assist the Head in designing and developing training pathways for diverse learner populations, including young adults and special needs individuals. Program Implementation: Support the implementation of educational programs across KBM's online and onsite platforms. WAMIDO Project Integration: Support the transition of KBM learners into the WAMIDO mentorship program by assisting with cohort readiness and mentor matching. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain rigorous documentation standards and ensure all curricula meet internal and external compliance and safeguarding principles. Operations & Facilitation: Help coordinate program logistics and assist in classroom facilitation to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
