Learning Design & Program Associate.

Responsibilities: Assist the Head in designing and developing training pathways for diverse learner populations, including young adults and special needs individuals. Support the implementation of educational programs across KBM's online and onsite platforms. Support the transition of KBM learners into the WAMIDO mentorship program by assisting with cohort readiness and mentor matching. Maintain rigorous documentation standards and ensure all curricula meet internal and external compliance and safeguarding principles. Help coordinate program logistics and assist in classroom facilitation to ensure a cohesive learning experience. Assist in capturing photos and videos during onsite training sessions and official visits as required, supporting the organisation's visual documentation and content needs across its platform. Requirements: 2 years of previous experience in a similar role . Minimum BSC.
