About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Provide general administrative and secretarial support to management and staff. Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical) and ensure documents are organized and accessible. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Greet visitors and ensure a professional front-office environment. Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards. Requirements: Minimum of OND/NCE/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in office administration or a secretarial role. Experience with office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
