Sales Marketing Officer

Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to increase branch sales using French language. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and markets. Convert leads into paying customers. Upsell and cross-sell company products/services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Follow up on prospects and existing customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Ensure high customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business. Promote products through digital marketing, social media, and offline channels. Organize branch promotions, discounts, and sales events. Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends. Manage customer database and sales records. Coordinate with installers, logistics, and operations (especially in industries like flooring, interior decor, etc.). Requirements: Minimum High School (S.S.C.E) French Speaking is a MUST 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
