Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular account reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies. Monitor cash flow and financial performance to support business decisions. Handle payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary payments and statutory deductions. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic planning. Supervise and support accounting staff to ensure operational efficiency. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, Nigerian tax laws, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in QuickBooks, ERP, and general accounting systems. ICAN certification is an added advantage. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
