Air Condition Maintenance Officer

Responsibilities: Ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings Performs routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs to maintain optimal cooling performance and energy efficiency. Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, servicing system components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and thermostats, and ensuring safe handling of refrigerants. The officer must follow safety regulations and industry standards while maintaining accurate service records. Requirements: Minimum Trade test 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
