About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email. Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records. Support sales and in-store customer experience when required. Requirements: 1–2 years experience in customer service (fashion/retail is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving ability. Professional appearance and attitude. Must reside on the Island .
