Responsibilities: Develop, set up, and manage digital advertising accounts (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) from scratch Plan, execute, and monitor high-performing ad campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to improve campaign performance Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights Continuously optimise campaigns through A/B testing, budget adjustments, and creative improvements Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page strategies Manage and grow social media platforms (approx. 30% of role), including content planning, posting, and engagement Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid ads Proven track record of running successful...
