About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager. Assist the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration. Compile and update employee records. Assist in planning and conducting training seminars for employees about company policies, procedures, and best practices for their positions. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves, and assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.) Preparing reports on employment data, including recruiting statistics and turnover rates. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Requirements: BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study Minimum of 2 years of experience
