About this scholarship

Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions. Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed. Meet performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings. Requirements: Minimum of HND in any field of study 0-1 year experience Listening and communication skills Willingness to learn Lover of people
