Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and onboard new customers, clients, and partners. Sell fabrics, trimmings, tailoring materials, customization services, jewelry, and ready-to-wear pieces. Engage fashion designers, creators, stylists, tailors, boutiques, and sewing enthusiasts. Drive both in-person and online sales (storefront, pop-ups, visits, DMs, WhatsApp, calls). Recommend products based on customer needs and confidently close sales. Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer acquisition targets. Customer Experience: Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and professional customer interactions. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge (fabrics, trends, new arrivals, core stock). Track and convert leads into paying customers.
