Loan Collections Officer

Responsibilities: Contact customers with overdue loan payments via calls, emails, or SMS to ensure timely recovery. Deliver top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. Professionally negotiate repayment plans. Meet communicated recovery targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery status. Requirements: Fresh graduates (NYSC completed) Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Confident phone etiquette & professionalism. Organized, motivated, and goal-driven. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) Benefits: Competitive starting salary of up to NGN 110,000 monthly.
