Responsibilities: Responsible for tracking orders from confirmation to delivery Ensuring smooth coordination between Production, Sales, Dispatch, Store, and Customer Service Monitors timelines, updates departments, prevents delays, and ensures every cake/order moves efficiently through the workflow.
