About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Respond to inquiries promptly, providing accurate information on products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary. Process orders, applications, returns, and requests accurately. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the database/CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed. Provide feedback from customers to management to improve products, services, and processes. Support the sales and technical teams in delivering quality service. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores). Requirements: Minimum of HND in any related field Minimum of 1 year of work experience
