About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment and selection processes (posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews). Support onboarding and orientation of new employees. Maintain and update employee records (hard copy and digital files). Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and memos. Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and other HR metrics. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Requirements: Minimum OND 0-1 year of previous experience in a similar role
