Account Assistant

Responsibilities: Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded Update accounts payable records and carry out reconciliations Assist in reviewing expenses, payroll records, and other assigned tasks Maintain and update financial data in company databases for accuracy and accessibility Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports Provide support in other accounting projects as needed.
