Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to management and staff Manage correspondence, scheduling, and office documentation Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks Reconcile accounts and support month-end reporting Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures Requirements: Proven experience in administrative and/or accounting roles Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
