Responsibilities : Conduct high-volume cold calling (80-100/day) and outbound LinkedIn/Email sequences. Focus on personalized connection—no generic, "one-size-fits-all" scripts. Qualify prospects and book discovery calls. Requirements: Power Backup: You must have a dedicated power backup system (Inverter, UPS, or Solar) to ensure 99% uptime during US business hours. High-Speed Internet: A stable connection (minimum 10 Mbps upload/download) with a secondary backup data source. Quiet Workspace : A professional, noise-controlled environment for clear calling. Remuneration: Base Salary: Starting at $300 per month (paid in USD). Uncapped Commission: $25 for every qualified meeting booked + $50 for every closed deal.
