About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Maintain accurate customer records. Provide product and service information to customers. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics. Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies. Requirements: Minimum SSCE. No experience/less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
