About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns Resolve complaints quickly and professionally, escalating where necessary Ensure tables are properly set and the dining area remains clean and organized Process bills and handle payments accurately Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Requirements: Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
