About this scholarship
Responsibilities: Welcome and attend to guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner. Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Manage reservations, bookings, and cancellations accurately. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally. Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records. Uphold the hotel’s service standards, policies, and brand image at all times. Requirements: OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years’ relevant experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
